The hotel was excellent and incredibly friendly, and the staff were exceptional, liked the magnificent location adjacent to the Colonial, and the city's main mall and a museum. The room with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. The breakfast was free and awesome and offered a great selection of outstanding food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located in the center of town. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a wheelchair accessible bathroom. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was delicious and provided a good start to my day.

Was a good location in Hermisillo, once we found the hotel. Nice grounds & pool. New shopping center around the corner. Hotel was very clean.

The one thing I didn't like it was hard to find, and enter the hotel. (We have never been to Hermisillo) Once we found the hotel the exiit sign is the only sign we could see, so we drove about 2 miles trying to find the entrance, the sign couldn't be seen because of the way it was posted, the exit entrance was the same drive way.

Conveniently located near El Centro and the Cultural area. The staff at Hotel Colonial was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool area was private and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. I had a great experience and would recommend Hotel Colonial for your stay in Hermosillo.
